1. What should I do if I forget my login details?
Please follow the following steps to reset your password: (1) On the Login page, click on "Forgot your password?", enter your email address and click on "Submit". (2) Once you receive the email with your new password, log in to your account to update your password.

2. How do I place an order?
To add a product in a shopping cart, you will need first click on the product you are interested in and change the number in "Add to Cart" box to desired quantity, and then click on "Add to Cart" button. You may change the quantity or remove a product from shopping cart at checkout page

3. Is it safe shopping online?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard for secure commerce transactions to transmit sensitive data over the Internet. This means that the complete ordering process, from the time you click on Log In / My Account / Checkout / Sign up buttons until you logoff and leave the site, is conducted so that your information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Every purchases you make at Pier Mall Store is safe. We do not sell or rent your information to any third party

4. What are the payment options?
We accept money order and all major credit and debit cards with the VISA, MasterCard, or American Express logo on it. We also accept Paypal and Google Checkout payments as an alternative to paying by credit card. Please note that if you pay by eCheck through PayPal your order will not be shipped until the eCheck clears which could take anywhere from 4 - 10 days, depending on your bank.

Currently, we don't charge tax on any orders

6. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rate are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping methods. Please use the "estimate shipping" function on Checkout page to find out the shipping charge.

Yes. We ship orders to most countries with USPS. Shipping rate are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping methods. 8. How long will it take for orders to arrive?
Please allow 1 to 2 days of processing and approximately 3 to 7 business days for shipping in the U.S. The delivery option outside the United States takes 1-6 weeks to arrive.

9. How do I send a gift to another address?
To ship an order to a different address, click on "edit" button below "Delivery/Shipping Information" section on Review Order page.

10. Can I ship to an APO/FPO?
Yes. We gladly ship orders to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail service

11. How do I track my order?
We will inform you via email as soon as your order is shipped. A link along with your tracking number will also be provided in the email. Alternatively, you may also visit your account page to find out the status of your order.

12. Do you provide discounts or coupons?
Yes. There are also various ways to receive discount coupons available for you. These include when you sign up for an account, subscribe to our newsletters. We also advertise current promotion on our site.

13. How do I use a discount coupon?
Type your coupon code into the Redemption Code box during checkout. Your discount will apply to your order total when you submit your order. Please note that you may only use one coupon per order.
