Shipping & Returns
PierMallStore.com customers may return certain new, unopened items
within 14 days from the day the order was shipped and there will be a
18% restocking fee for every item returned. PierMallStore.com is not
responsible any returned items lost in the mail. Please use insured and
traceable shipping method. Returned package needs to have enough
padding and cushion to prevent any damage in the transit. Package must
be re-package as it was delivered to you.
General Return Policy 1. For us to stay
competitive, offer the lowest price and the best service, we follow our
return policy strictly and do not make any exceptions.
PierMallStore.com does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product.
Shipping is non-refundable under all circumstances, an exception may be made if PierMallStore.com made an error in
the entering the address or shipping method.
2. All returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee based on the
current selling price or sale price on invoice, which ever is lower.
3. Customers agree to report lost or damaged shipping claims to
PierMallStore.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Failure to
do so results in the forfeiture of any possible remedy from
PierMallStore.com.
4. In general, the period for credit and replacement of allowable items are 14 days except as noted
5. Customers must pay for return shipping on all returns unless the shipment is sent in error by PierMallStore.com
6. PierMallStore.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number
Refused Shipments
If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company
and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your
return until we receive the product.
If you refuse shipment, your shipping will still not be refunded. On
all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs.
However, if the shipment is a result of a PierMallStore.com error, we
will issue a credit for all shipping and handling fees, and the product
once it is returned to PierMallStore.com. If through no fault of
PierMallStore.com the shipment is refused, we will charge your account
these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we
incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 18% restocking fee
Return Procedures
NO returns of any type will be accepted without a return authorization
number (RMA number). To request for one, please contact
PierMallStore.com via email. All returns must be received within the 10
days of RMA approval date. Your RMA# for CREDIT is valid until the 10
days return period is up. Make sure the RMA number appears clearly on
the shipping label of the return shipment, and include a copy of your
original invoice as well as a brief statement of the problem.
In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned
item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition,
without missing any original contents. We reserve the right to refuse a
return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Money-back Guarantees
PierMallStore.com does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product.
PierMallStore.com strongly recommends that you fully insure your return
shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can
provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
We don't accept returns for:
- Grocery items
- Used items
- Item without original manufacturer box.
- Gift (gift recipient can only do exchange.)
