U.S. Domestic Shipping Rates
Pier Mall offers FedEx or USPS shipping options for U.S. demotic orders. Shipping rate is calculated real-time by carriers for each shipping option based on the weight
and destination from our New York warehouse. Simply add the desired items to your shopping cart. When in the "View Cart" page, select your desired shipping destination, and click the blue Recalculate button. The various service levels offered by FedEx and USPS available to your destination and prices will be displayed in the "PLEASE SELECT" dropdown list.
Important Notes
- Orders to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Territories will be shipped USPS
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO Addresses may take longer -- up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses
- FedEx does not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes. Use a physical address when choosing FedEx as your shipping method
- Verify the shipping address for completeness and accuracy before finalizing your order
- Returned orders due to non-deliverable address will accrue extra shipping fees

International orders will be shipped by USPS. The shipping Rate is computed real-time by USPS for each option based on the weight and destination. Simply add the desired items to your shopping cart. When in the "View Cart" page, select your desired shipping destination, and click the blue Reculculate button. The various service levels available to your destination and prices will be displayed in the "PLEASE SELECT" dropdown list. It is customers' responsibility for all duties and taxes upon delivery.
The USPS shipping option and transit times are shown below, which should only be used as a general guide line. The actual delivery time may vary depending upon
the actions, such as customs clearance etc, taken by destination country.

Customers are responsible for directly paying duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country.
